Real Red deer antler from Appenzell
Description
In Switzerland, deer shed their antlers every year - a natural and recurring process that produces beautiful antlers. These pearled antlers from Appenzell are a true wonder of nature and are very popular, whether as a decorative home accessory, for craft purposes or even as a chew bone for dogs.
The average length of the antlers varies between 30 and 120 cm. They are available in different variants depending on the size of the antlers - from 6-pointers to the impressive 16-pointers. For example, a 6-pointer is about 35 cm long and has three points, while a 14-pointer reaches a length of 90 to 100 cm and has seven to eight points.
Our shed sticks are collected especially for us and show no gnaw marks from mice. The Appenzeller shed sticks are particularly dark and beautifully pearled.
