Are there any shipping costs for my order?
Yes, the shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart based on the weight of the order. The delivery time varies depending on whether you choose A or B post and is between two and five working days for items that can be delivered immediately.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship internationally to all countries. However, the markets are divided into Country of Origin Switzerland, Europe and All Other Countries. Depending on your location, certain items may not be displayed as we cannot ship some types internationally due to regulations.
Are there customs charges when shipping abroad?
Yes, customs charges may apply. Switzerland is not part of the EU, so customs charges may apply. However, the amount of these charges depends on the tariffs of the respective delivery country.
