Replica Osteopathy Skull Model, 22-part, anatomical design
Item Description
This fascinating model of an average European adult skull can be disassembled into all 22 individual bones. In developing the model, a real human skull was digitized using state-of-the-art technology and then idealized, i.e., adapted to standard anatomy. This significantly differentiates it from almost all competitor products, some of which are too small or inaccurate in their detail reproduction. Dimensionally stable individual parts with practical magnetic connections make handling the model a breeze. The detailed bones do not have to be laboriously plugged in but almost assemble themselves into the correct position. They are held by strong magnets and guided by lifelike cranial sutures. This technology largely eliminated the need for pin connections, as connecting pins, as used in other models, are not durable and often break. Due to its excellent anatomy and ease of use, this skull is the ideal training aid for osteopathy.
