Shipping information

We ship with Swiss Post. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a tracking number so you can track your shipment at any time.

In-stock items will be shipped the same day. Delivery time is approximately 2–3 days.
Out-of-stock items: If the item is out of stock, it may take 1–2 weeks until it is ready for shipment. In the event of longer delays, we will inform you immediately of the current delivery time.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the weight of the shipment.

For all international and EU shipments, customs fees may apply.
As Switzerland is not part of the EU, additional costs may be incurred upon import. The amount of these fees depends on the customs tariffs of the destination country.
Please note: For purchases from abroad, we do not charge any customs fees ourselves – these may be assessed by the customs authorities of your country.
