We ship with Swiss Post. You will automatically receive the tracking number as soon as the package has left our warehouse so that you can track the shipment.

Shipping time: If the goods are in stock, they will be shipped within 1-3 days. The delivery time is approximately 2-3 days. If the goods are not in stock, it may take 1-3 days until the item is ready for shipping. In the event of longer delays, you will be informed immediately of the expected delivery time.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment in the shopping cart.

For all international and EU shipments, customs fees may apply.
As Switzerland is not part of the EU, additional costs may be incurred upon import. The amount of these fees depends on the customs tariffs of the destination country.
Please note: For purchases from abroad, we do not charge any customs fees ourselves – these may be assessed by the customs authorities of your country.
