Description

The David's deer is native to China and is now considered extinct in the wild. Its distinctive features are its elongated body, broad hooves, and striking antlers with curved horns.

David's deer mostly live in swampy areas and are excellent swimmers. Thanks to intensive breeding projects, they now survive in zoos and wildlife parks around the world.
